I had a fine stay in a long time. The hotel was gorgeous, with a beautiful and incredible location close to good restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store. The staff was helpful and provided great service. Loved having cable TV with on-demand movies, as well as a fridge in the room.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The staff and accommodations were outstanding, surpassing even the service we've experienced at other 5-star resorts. The personal concierges, Bobby & Rashawn, went above and beyond, assisting with everything from grocery shopping to taking care of me when I wasn't feeling well. The breakfast, included in our villa, offered a wide variety of options, from breads and fruits to eggs Benedict and omelets. The room cleaners were efficient and thorough, keeping our villa spotless. The hotel's location in the heart of this city was perfect, with easy access to shopping, groceries, the beach, pools. The staff were friendly, helpful, and energetic, making us feel like members of the royal family.
